In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The luckin33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. luckin33 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation to verify age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all Funds returned to source.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using luckin33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or maintain an Account.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of Funds therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. luckin33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). luckin33 is required to verify the identity of Members as a condition of processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, consistent with international gaming authority Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You agree to submit such documentation as luckin33 may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of registered payment method.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckin33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
3.2 You agree to notify luckin33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. luckin33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 luckin33 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. Enabling 2FA does not transfer any liability to luckin33 in the event of a security breach resulting from your own actions or negligence.
4.1 Deposit Methods. luckin33 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out on the Deposit page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 No Third-Party Deposits. You must only deposit Funds from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment instruments — regardless of any claimed consent — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed in accordance with the timelines published on the Withdrawals page of the Platform. luckin33 targets same-day processing for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. luckin33 reserves the right to return Funds to the payment method used to deposit them. This measure is a standard anti-money-laundering control and does not constitute a refusal to process a legitimate withdrawal.
4.5 Currency. All Funds are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Member has selected an alternative accepted currency. Exchange rates applied to currency conversions, where applicable, are set by luckin33 and may include a handling margin.
5.1 All Bonuses offered by luckin33 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the Bonus is claimed. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a Bonus is explicitly designated as "no wagering", all Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. luckin33 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any Bonus (and any winnings derived therefrom) where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, using hedging strategies to reduce the effective wagering risk on Bonus funds, or providing false information to qualify for a Bonus.
5.4 luckin33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect Bonuses already validly claimed by Members.
6.1 All games available on the luckin33 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
6.2 luckin33 sources its game content exclusively from licensed, independently audited studios. Slot game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckin33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the luckin33 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and data compilations, is the property of luckin33 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without luckin33's prior written consent.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by luckin33 is governed by the luckin33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckin33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.2 luckin33's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 luckin33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.
11.1 luckin33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be considered a reliable source of income, and players should only wager funds they can afford to lose.

12.1 luckin33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time where it reasonably believes that: (a) a Member has breached these Terms; (b) a Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; (c) the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to luckin33, other Members, or the integrity of the Platform; or (d) required by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, any Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements may be forfeited. Deposited principal Funds that are not subject to any pending wagering obligation will be returned to source following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 A Member may close their own Account at any time by contacting luckin33 support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline following Account closure.
